- Dean-Stark extraction units
- Cleaning soxhlets
- Porosimeters and permeameters
- High-speed centrifuges for Swi and extractions
- Low-speed centrifuges with camera monitoring for drainage and imbibition relative permeabilities
- Resistivity cells for formation water Rw.
- Mercury Injection Capillary Pressure (MICP) machine for bulk and grain density, pore throat distribution, porosity, wetting phase saturation @ HAFW, and Swanson Permeability.
Additionally, a unique rig site sampling and preservation service is offered, which greatly reduces the data turnaround time and improves the accuracy of critical parameters such as Swi.
Other related services including mineralogical analysis, steady-state & unsteady-state relative permeabilities, electrical resistivity parameters, and data modeling services are offered through our technology partners - with ongoing technology transfer programs aiming to make these services available locally in the coming years.

Dar Engineering & Technology Services owns the best in its class truck-mounted SIMCO 2800 HS (HT). It is a rugged top head drive drill rig with an automatic SPT hammer. The rig can drill;
- Up to 100 ft using the wet rotary method, which can be scaled up to 300 ft if needed
- Hollow-stem augering up to 100 ft
- Coring capability to a maximum depth of 100 ft, which can be extended to 300 ft using NQ drill rods and 500 ft when using AQ rods
We also have a fully equipped lab with experienced geologists to deliver bore log reports complete with the particle size distribution, SPT values, and point-load test values for rock samples.
